సంస్కృతీ సంప్రదాయాలకు ప్రతీక ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రం అని, రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని రంగాల్లో ఉన్న కళాకారులను గుర్తించి, వారిని, కళలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తామని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర పర్యాటక, సాంస్కృతిక, క్రీడలు, యువజన సర్వీసుల శాఖ మంత్రి అర్.కె. రోజా తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రంలో అధికారికంగా సాంస్కృతిక పోటీలను జిల్లా మరియు రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో నిర్వహిస్తామనీ, గెలుపొందిన జట్లకి ముఖ్యమంత్రి చేతుల మీదుగా అవార్డులు అందిస్తామని మంత్రి రోజా తెలిపారు. జులై 28న గురువారం సచివాలయంలో సాంస్కృతిక శాఖ పై ఆమె సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
జిల్లాల వారీగా కళాకారుల గుర్తింపు, స్థానిక కళాకారుల సహాయంతో జరగాలనీ, రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అర్హులైన కళాకారులకు గుర్తింపు కార్డులు జారీ చేసేందుకు కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయాలనీ మంత్రి అధికారులకు ఆదేశించారు. కళాకారులకు ఐడి కార్డుల జారీకి వార్డు, గ్రామ సచివాలయాల సేవలను వినియోగించుకావాలని, భవి ష్యత్ తరాలకు సేవ చేయడానికి తెలుగు కళారూపాలను పరిరక్షించడానికి, ప్రోత్సహించడానికి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేయాలనీ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించే అన్ని కార్యక్రమాలలో సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు తప్పని సరిగా వుండాలనీ మంత్రి రోజా అధికారులని ఆదే శించారు.
ఈ సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో మరికొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన నిర్ణయాలను తీసుకున్నారు. ప్రస్తుత ఆర్టిస్ట్ రెమ్యునరేషన్ చెల్లింపులను పరిశీలించడం, జిల్లాల వారీగా సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాల నిర్వహణకు కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేయడం, అన్ని జిల్లాల్లోని ఆడిటోరియంల గుర్తింపు, అన్ని కళారూపాల ఛాయాచిత్రాల ఏర్పాటు, జిల్లాల వారీగా అన్ని కళారూపాలను గుర్తించి జాబితా చేయడం, జిల్లా సాంస్కృతిక మండలి కమిటీని పునర్నిర్మించడం, అర్హులైన కళాకారులందరికీ అవసరమైన ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు అందుతున్నాయని నిర్ధారించుకోవడం, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాల కోసం ఆడిటోరియంలను అందించడానికి అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు, సంబంధిత అధికారులకు లేఖలు పంపడం, శిల్పారామం, దేవాలయాలు, ఇతర ప్రభుత్వ భవనాల వనరులను (ఆడిటోరియంలు) సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాల కోసం (వాటి కార్య కలాపాలకు భంగం కలిగించకుండా) వినియోగించుకోవడం, ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో చైర్మన్/ఛైర్పర్సన్లందరూ క్రియాశీలక పాత్ర పోషించాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో సాహిత్య అకాడమీ ఛైర్ పర్సన్ శ్రీమతి పిల్లంగోళ్ళ శ్రీలక్ష్మి, ఇతర సాంస్కృతిక చైర్మన్లు, డిపార్ట్మెంట్ స్పెషల్ చీఫ్ సెక్రటరీ రజత్ భార్గవ, సాంస్కృతిక శాఖ సీఈఓ రేగుళ్ళ మల్లికార్జునరావు ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Good news to the AP Artists
Minister RK Roja gave good news to artists of Andhra Pradesh. It has been clarified that each and every artist will be given an identity card by cultural department. Roja, who is trying to make her own mark as the Minister of Sports and Culture of the state, gave good news to the artists. On Thursday, she conducted a review of the cultural department at the secretariat and gave key instructions to the officials. He opined that Andhra is the state that taught culture to the country and that our state is the birthplace of cultural traditions. He said that artists who are active in all fields will be recognized. Minister Roja said that official cultural competitions will be organized in the state at the district and state level and the winning teams will be given awards by the hands of CM Jagan Mohana reddy.
The authorities were directed to prepare an action plan to issue identity cards to the eligible artists across the state, with the help of local artistes and district-wise identification of artistes. He said that the services of ward & village secretariats should be used for issuing ID cards to artists. The minister directed the authorities to prepare an action plan to preserve and promote Telugu art forms to serve the future generations and cultural programs must be a part of all the programs organized by the AP Government.
